1. Delivery Terms
1.1 Small Items for Individual Retail Purchase
- Free door-to-door delivery service is available for orders within 5 kilometers of our nearest dispatch warehouse.
- A delivery surcharge of $2 will be applied to orders covering a distance range of 5 km to 10 km. For every kilometer exceeding 10 km, an extra $1.5 delivery fee will be charged accordingly.
- No delivery fees will be collected if customers choose self-pickup at our warehouse location.
1.2 Wholesale Orders
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method
2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message
3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive, or Self-pickup
4. Pick up Your Order at The Handover Point (For now, Cash on delivery is available, please preapre cash)
2. General Return Terms
- Customers may apply for return within 7 calendar days upon receiving intact, unused products with all original packaging, labels and accessories attached.
- Return applications caused by personal preference shall be covered by the buyer for round-trip shipping fees; returns resulting from product quality defects will bear all freight costs on our side.
- Customized, personalized or clearance sale goods are non-refundable and non-returnable unless severe manufacturing defects are verified.
- All returned items must not have stains, scratches, damage or signs of wear and tear, otherwise return requests will not be approved.
Wholesale goods Return orders cannot be cancelled or returned after the PO or contract are signed. All terms should be agreed in written separately through independent negotiation between Middle East 3C and the buyer
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
